We were downsizing from a large home to an apartment and the Sullivans were recommended by the staff at the apartment as having helped several others accomplish the same task. Ingrid was our main contact and took charge of getting needed pre-sale repairs done, helping find a reputable estate sale company, selecting a company to pack and unpack as well as a moving company. Our home sold in ten days to a cash buyer despite a rapidly slowing housing market. Ingrid, John and their association went overboard in making our transition from home to independent living. It was quite involved and included organizing our home to prepare for our move. Naturally, this involved downsizing from a 4 bedroom house to a little less than half the space. They directed us toward an Estate Sale expert that cataloged what we had and conducted the sale. They also had great contacts on moving companies. With this assistance we had a smooth transition. After having the house cleared out the house sold in one day for more than we asked. Additionally, we had a cash deal that closed in 2 weeks. Their assistance certainly saved us time and the hassle of accomplishing our task. I highly recommend using the Sullivan and Sullivan team.

Thank you so much for your able assistance over the past couple of months. We would not have been able to move so quickly without your help. As it has turned out, we got just the apartment we wanted at just the right time. You subcontractors were all able to do what we needed done and pleasant to work with. We would be glad to recommend them to anyone who asks. I have to mention the movers in particular. They moved our stuff in a monsoon, and took such good care of it that we had no damage; nothing even got wet. Except them. I was very anxious about the whole process and am glad to have it finished. However, I would have been a basket case without you. It wasn’t just that you knew what you were doing, it was that I could ask you anything and you could answer calmly and knowledgeably. That was so reassuring, affirming that the process was moving forward according to plan and that all would be well.
